What we collect

Kontovu stores account profile data, workspace configuration, uploaded receipts and screenshots, imported finance records, audit history, and limited security telemetry such as IP address and user agent when required to protect the service.

How we use it

Data is used to operate the workspace, process uploads, run the review queue, enforce entitlements, secure webhook and job infrastructure, and provide support when issues are reported.

Launch geography and retention

This public launch is intended for US-based usage. Audit logs, uploads, and security events may be retained for operational, fraud-prevention, billing, and compliance reasons.

Third-party processors

Kontovu depends on infrastructure providers such as Supabase and Stripe to store data, authenticate users, and process billing. Uploaded data is handled only to provide the product workflow and is not sold as advertising inventory.
