Terms of service

Launch service scope

Kontovu is provided as a review-first finance workspace. It does not guarantee full automated bookkeeping, live bank sync, tax filing, or certified accounting advice as part of this launch.

Billing and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew until canceled. Downgrades and cancellations are handled through the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are handled case by case for accidental or duplicate charges.

Acceptable use

Users may not upload malware, abuse OCR or AI features, spoof webhook traffic, scrape other workspaces, or use the service to process illegal or unauthorized financial activity.

No professional advice

Kontovu helps organize finance work. It is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and users remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted and approved records.
